Bird Watching

It was such a lovely day today for our visit to the RSPB Nature Reserve at Saltholme. Salthome is near Hartlepool and in the middle of a large industrial area. The nature reserve is a haven for birds including such things as Bittern. As I don't have a suitable full frame camera with large lenses it wasn't much good me trying to photograph any birds but there were a couple of birdwatchers available for me to point my lens at.

When we got back home it had clouded over so we had definitely spent the best time of the day out and about.
