fountain of love......

busy day driving to Telford for Hubby's pacemaker check.....on the way back we stopped of at Dobbies for a cuppa.....on the way out we passed this ....what is it....a piece of art.....a fountain.....or a development of the little 'Manneke' in Brussels........:):)
