Oh my nerves!

What a day! The Electricity department decided to change the power supply box in our street today. Why oh why on the day that it is my turn for Book Club? To cut a very long story short (pun not intended), I made Coronation Chicken (bought the chicken already cooked) and a huge salad. All the girls brought along their own lanterns..... and it was a grand success! The electricity came back on around 9:15pm!
Pinched some basil from my husband's crop to use in the dressing.
Not the most exciting image for my 200th blip.... but hey ho, after the day it has been, it will have to be good enough. :-)
