pinecones

Haven't done a flower Friday yet. 
Roxy was barking at a bird in this pine tree so I followed her over. 
I'd never noticed really that at this time of year they are actually in flower.
If you look closely at the flower you'll see it's what'll turn into the pine cone.
Amazing how much mort inquisitive I've become since starting Blipping.
...and I thought I was quite inquisitive to start with....
