Niday Fright

Maybe working with broken elbows wasn't a good idea for the week - bloody painful tonight.  Will be more careful next week (paperwork).

Counterbalanced this evening by:
- a curry out
- watching Intersteller in the man room (2nd viewing, into Top 5 Sci-fi films for sure, belting)
- a few liquid painkillers poured, proving better than ibuprofen, paracetamol and co-codamol combined

Will have sore elbows and head in the morning I think :-|
