Ladybugs Who Lunch

I went looking for the ladybug larva again today, but saw only ladybugs this time.  I found this one lunching on who knows what.  I thought they only ate aphids, but I've since read that there are herbivores (not the ones you want) and carnivores ( the ones you do want).  If this one is carnivorous, I wish that she would find her way over to the grapevine in front of my house where there are tons of aphids!
