A Very Special Day

Another great day. We visited a small town where the community practice a religion which combines Catholicism, shaman healing and a bit of voodoo. No photos are allowed anywhere but the images will live on in my mind forever. Blips and my loss having no photos.

Jack and I have met an amazing lady who is travelling with us. Marcella is the widow of a Bolivian artist. She is Bolivian herself and speaks wonderful Spanish. This evening she negotiated for we three to be given a guided tour by the manager of the 1740 built hotel which included chance for Jack to inspect the cellar and ended with us having a special meal together. A really lovely day.
