Tortoiseshell Butterfly

In complete contrast to the digging up of our drive, I offer this calm image of a tortoiseshell butterfly.

The hole in the drive got bigger, and the corner of the garage lost its concrete in order to get us reconnected to the gas.  All done for about 1.30pm.  More people will visit next week to fill in the hole, concrete, tarmac, block pave...
