Woke up with a pounding headache but as I was the first speaker up needed to resolve the situation fast so a quick trip to the garage for neurofen and water was called for - on my way I enviously eyed up the cyclists commuting into work - note to self I must look up the sustrans routes 23 and 24 as its a part of the country I am unfamiliar with

Talk went well under the circumstances - lots of interest - and I got to learn new stuff which is always fun notably about the British nuclear industry

We ended up the day watching cigarettes being produced - its a long story and not one to divulge here
