I'm going to try my hardest to walk along the River daily with Smoochi (our Dog), weather permitting along with other matters that crop up within daily life.
After injuring my back in February I haven't done alot of walking, so this is the beginning of walking, cycling & trying to be more active within reason, because I know it takes time to recover from such an injury.
