Un Collage Au Lycée

A visit to Seorae Village this afternoon, a little bit of France in the Korean capital. A valiant effort given the rain - Les Parapluies de Séoul is perhaps a more apt title!

Not quite as Gallic as I'd initially pictured, though the main boulevard was lined with trees and a number of the street signs are en français - ignore the Hangul and it could conceivably be a suburb of Paris (vivid imagination perhaps!)

One of the bakeries here imports their flour from Paris for an authentic flavour and walking in to their shop was a real treat for the senses. I'll be back here where I'm craving something from my *other* homeland!
