Indigestion!

"Well if you will hang upside down and gorge yourself on peanuts and fatballs, you must expect a little indigestion!  Self inflicted, I'm afraid!"

We had a  family Bar B Q at lunchtime today followed by a short walk in the woods. Another beautiful sunny evening and probably the best part of the day now that the wind has dropped.
