Why did the Chicken cross the road

Today in the center of Lincoln there was a charity fun run called the chicken run, it was organised by the rotary club so decided to go and grab a few shot. I was a bit disappointed as i thought it would mean quite a few people dressed up in costumes at least a few did , like these in the shot I decided to go with.
After that I took a quick trip round the Brayford pool area as there was the annual Mini festival on. I have posted a few more shots from both events that can be seen Here .
This afternoon a trip over to the stepdaughters and now a relaxing evening before my return to work in the morning
