Sheila

Sadly I won't ever be as fit as Sheila.  Today has been Relay Day at the British Championships at Cannop Ponds and, as Tony and I waited at the finish for our third leg runners to come out of the forest, Sheila was punching at the spectator control.  This was a particularly evil control because you had to come out of the forest at the bottom of the hill and run up to here past the assembly area and the banter from your clubmates/friends, then make the correct route choice back into the forest or risk more banter!  Sheila came 4th yesterday in W65L, the course for women aged 65-69 and today she was competing in the Men's 60 class, which meant she was not only running up for her age but competing against the men!  She is also a very lovely lady.  Way to go Sheila!
