Dad's Photographic Equipment

More treasures found, which included a large, very dusty, wicker hamper. Inside, all of Dad's photographic equipment, enlarger, chemical trays etc.  He was a very keen photographer, developing and printing many images himself. 

I have no idea what this is, hoping someone can tell me.
