Awesome Sunset

My hubby built a fire on the shoreline while I searched for the best view of the sunset. Again, the birds did not cooperate and fly  into the sun, but I liked the other elements of this shot.

We met a nice couple and we sat by the fire talking until late into the night. Very nice! 

The wife is an artist and I enjoyed hearing about a technique she is using with watercolor, acrylic and oil paint...she layers it on canvas. Sounds like a great effect.
