Garlic bulb

A 1km swim after work, three hours sleep and a read of my book for an hour this afternoon.  This evening I cooked us a 'Hairy Bikers' chicken jalfrezi for dinner together with a lovely glass of red to help the creative juices flow!  

In the absence of any other blip opportunities I thought this garlic bulb might do the job.
