Salamander

Almost stepped on this creature when we were going down the side steps this morning. He seemed pretty dazed, but wiggled a little when I picked him up to put him in a safer place. I read later that they have very sharp teeth! It's hard to imagine teeth inside this soft little thing, but forewarned is forewarned.
