There was another water main break in downtown Kansas City this morning and we've been without water all day. I have saved enough to brush our teeth tonight but there will be no coffee in the morning unless it comes back on, as promised, or I go buy some. It is a good reminder of how marvelous it is to not have to fetch wood and carry water everyday.
