Jian Bing = Chinese breakfast pizza?

A big glop batter spread over the heated surface, then an egg, herbs, folded over then a dark sauce (vinegar-y?), wrapped around a chunk of fried bread. Difficult to describe the taste, but salty and greasy like many breakfast foods here. I typically only eat streetfood from guys with cleaner workstations, but i was in a hurry.
