Knocked out 36 miles on the bike with Andrew this morning and so that's it now until Inverness. Might have a wee spin once Mike has put the new brakes on.

It was a glorious morning for a ride out in stark contrast to the forecast for the weekend which is promising gales and snow.

Anyhow, it's like mid-summer here for now and so when the kids came home we scooted out to Bene's at Port Seton for Fish Suppers and sat eating them on the harbour watching the fishing boats coming back home.

Then we stopped off at Longniddry on the way back to take some deep breaths, chuck stones in the sea, collect sea coal and grab a blip. This is Ruby and Joe discussing the merits of a shell.
