Wren Singing

Early, robin  again in ivy. 

Mainly gardening today. 2 spot lady bird on Goldfinch rose. Montana clematis now in full bloom.

Lunched in the garden on Wren watch and success! Here he is singing his heart out. How can something so small make all that noise? The nest is about 20 feet up an ivy covered sawn off old telegraph pole – now washing line pole.  Hope Gopher gardening all afternoon hasn’t put him off.
