Mummy and daughter night out

At Novaya Opera to see Fortuna vis Lucem combining dance with Carmina Burana by Carl Orff and Bolero by Ravel. It was fabulous. For the Carmina Burana part the choir were at each side of the stage and the soloists mixed in between the dancers - male and female in modern dress and a very contemporary dance style together with one ballerina in pointe shoes. The power of the choir together with the orchestra was amazing.
