Jordan Mill Biggleswade

I went on a visit to Jordan Mill today  at Biggleswade, with my hubby and a friend and her hubby, we went early and had lunch in the restaurant. There is a garden which provides produce for the restaurant.  The Mill is very interesting and was one of the first to be automised after 2 fires one 1898 and 1899.  The health and safety acts at the beginning of the century meant they had to stop producing flour and cereal, they still make a cereal bar at Biggleswade which is exported all over the world.  Prince Charles visited the Mill in 2013 which was when the mill was opened to the public.
