Lesser Sand Plover

Does he look a little disgruntled or just tired? There were a huge flock of Sand Plovers but I always look for a single bird with few distractions around and this bird stood out, quite literally. Seen before in his winter clothes, but this is his summer plumage, although he will get darker feathers around his eye and chest.
