Varenna

Today we took the ferry over to Varenna where we had lunch in the main piazza. Warm and sunny, we had about 25 degrees today, but it felt much warmer.

My lunch comprised fish from the lake, Lavarello not sure how to translate that, it is a white fish, with butter and salvia. I tell myself that is quite a healthy meal, though I did have some potato with rosemary as well.

A walk around the village and of course an ice cream before returning to Lenno. After arriving at Lenno we stopped off at the bar on the way to the apartment.
