A little geyser

Well actually a part of the rather unpredictable fountain arrangement in the market square in Kingston.

Every time some small kids would work up the courage to get a little closer to the water the jets seemed to switch off - maybe that's the idea but it seemed a little mean/odd to me.

I'll have to go back with the proper camera and give some thought as to how to capture this better, though I do rather like the blobby shadow being cast by the water in this one.
