Balancing Act

Out with the boss for the full day which is always nice :-)

Arrived back home at 5pm so decided to go for a wee bike ride seeing it was a beautiful night.

Managed about 7.5km as had to get back to get the tea on for the girls.

Played a little bit of football with L after dinner before heading out to the gym for a quick workout and to pick up a bottle of vin blanc for MrsT.
