Another day in the office full of frustration. Our main CRM system has been down all week. Its like having your arm cut off. We have no idea who we should be speaking to and when. Paperwork is buiding up and threats of PCs being thrown into the Tay are mounting daily :)

Thank goodness I can hear Friday calling :)
