Through the bars

Not the looking glass! Today is a day when the sun goes in and out all the time and we should get some storms tomorrow. It always amuses me when the weatherman says the storms will be along and south of I-70, as if they took any notice of where the roads are built. Funnily enough, it is often an accurate way of describing where the weather will be!

I took this shot through the bars of the deck, just for a bit of a change. The irises have opened in the last couple of days. There are many more to come. I got a shipment of plants today, including the hellebores that I am anxious to have a shot at.
