Mom Says Hi

My mother passed away in 2013. 

Every time we see a purple flower (her favorite), we always tell each other, "Mom says hi!"

Shortly after her death, I dropped some seeds on one spot on our front yard. Now they are out of control. A year or two from now, our front yard will look stunning when these flowers take over every inch of it.

Today Mom would have been 75 years old. Happy Birthday, Mom. I still think of you every day.
