Ahead of the big move

Anticipating a good weekend with the nippers staying tomorrow night, the greenhouse here being moved onto it's new base as per the photo and afternoon tea with friends on Sunday.
Today I saw the specialist - no magic cures. The trauma has triggered the frozen shoulder and I can look forward to it being anything up to 4 years before its pain free and as mobile as it will get. Also the soft tissue thing is a function of the shoulder and not to be worried about.
Oddly I do feel better at having had a proper consultation and some clear and detailed explanations. Just need to decide how respond to the challenge it represents
For tonight I'm experimenting with the relaxing qualities of red wine.
