Village of the Arts Welcome Center Opening Soon

The new welcome center for the Village of the Arts is being readied for use. It will be named in Herbie Rose's honor as an early pioneer of the VOTA concept. He and Graciela Giles were some of the first people to live/work in the artist community. It has come a long way. Thanks to Zoe von Averkampf and her husband, the building next to Divine Excess, their gallery, was purchased and will be used as a welcome center for the Village organization. These charming palms and the wonderful glass bottles on the windows are just the beginning of a really fun and funky space. Can't wait to see more!
