Ground Floor Flat Loaf

I started out intending to make a cottage loaf. But it wouldn't hold its shape and I had to remove the 'top storey', so Tony suggested I call it a ground floor flat loaf instead! Made with a multigrain and seed bread mix, then brushed with egg and sprinkled with more seeds before baking. It's passed the taste test - will definitely do it again.
