From ghastly to acceptable.

This job was low on the list.

However, after 6 weeks of sitting opposite this ghastly dark brown fire surround, I went on a mission last night.

I opted for extreme diy and did not do any prep. I just got overwhelmed with the urge to paint it.

Three coats of a random soft green paint that I found in my collection.

No idea why I bought it originally.

Giving the large back panel one more coat tonight.

Then tomorrow I shall put stuff on it.

Then it's back to project bathroom.
