Under the greenwood tree

One of those frantic days, madly trying to finish things off before a week off work. Finally got away and enjoyed a lovely walk with the dogwalk. This particular tree caught my eye, with unusual low branches. I wonder how old it is, and the stories it could tell.
Nice to wind down after work enjoying the beauties of nature. There were also so many dragonflies and damselflies whizzing about, stunning electric blue flashes.
