50 10kg ground to overhead, 50 plank up downs, 50 15kg ball slams, 50 hurdle jumps, 50 lunges, 50 box step ups, 50 full sit ups, 50 thrusters, 50 burpees, 50 shoulder taps. All with a 50m sprint every two minutes. Lovely.
