"Hug me please"

Admittedly the temperature is somewhat cooler today than would be normal for late April, but still, you don't often see a tree with a woolly coat on. The message running down the trunk says "Please feel free to hug this tree."   This reminds me of a visit to Sydney in 1999 when we were in the botanical gardens. There, there was a general invitation to hug any tree - so we did.  (I'd like to visit Sydney again - I have two half-brothers living there.)
