I don't even like summer fruit pudding.

Another summer fruit pudding but a slightly better picture this time.

So, Summer fruit pudding. I'm thinking I can make that gluten free and vegan.
I mean it's wet bread and forest fruits and vegan ice cream is readily available and not bad. Should be a doddle, yes?
Only as it turns out both Genius and Free From bread aren't vegan.
So now I'm going to have to figure out how to make gluten free bread.
