25 April 2015 - Brecon Incense

Up early this morning for a drive to Brecon as none of us had ever been there before.  Lovely Cathedral, the incense was being burned in the service and the sun was streaming in through the windows, it would have been rude to ignore them so I snapped away. 

Had a mooch around the town but it is pretty quiet in Brecon so we saw everything there was to see very quickly.  Ate a picnic from Morrisons by the car on the side of the road as everything was too expensive!!!!

Made slow progress back to Aberystwyth to have a nice walk along the seafront only to be confronted with a freezing Aberystwyth and gale force winds (it was still in Brecon!) so we did not get far!

Evening was spent at the quiz, Mum and Dad joined the Dictators and we got 39 points.  When the results were read out we found out that we were third behind 40 and 41 points respectively.  Most annoying that we had two answers in the wipeout round that we decided not to put down which would have meant we would have been joint winners.  My Dad was not happy, at least I know where I get my competitiveness from!
