Its been a while since I took part in a 10K road race,
My Friend Sally (Right) talked me in to it,(Middle) whilst Sallys Friend Jenny (Left) was worried about the words "Undulating Course".
I said undulating meant gentle rises and falls. Nothing to worry about, I said.
In the future, I shall look out for the word "Undulating"
