Magic lantern

The inside of a "swan" seedpod on the swan plant with the sun shining through. What I thought was a stamen or similar is just a small twig that got stuck inside on the cottony seeds and I think that could be monarch butterfly poo on it.
Gomphocarpus physocarpus is the botanical name for swan plant. Quite a handle.
