An Artist.

There are plenty of Blippers in Blackheath but surprisingly you don't see so many real of these artists around. Well not in the street anyway. There are lots in studios.

I have to be careful here. I don't mean to say photographers aren't artists. It's just that I can have a go with a camera, but there would be no point my even picking up a paintbrush.
The only thing we would have in common is the tripod.
