An Avid Lensman

Twee! (with red wheels)

And no, not a dig at those unable to pronounce their 'R's....

Makes a change from THAT tree in New Zealand that is dominating our Blip screens right now!

Walk around the village of Tisbury, first thing, (few minutes on first train) about five miles along lovely spring-infested lanes, footpaths and through bluebell studded woods.

However, it was this sight towards the end, on top of a hill that really appealed and I just knew it would be my Blip. Freespiral assures me that it's an authentic shepherd's hut. And RockArea says it's a buzzard. And I can confirm that it's a lovely old oak.

Looks so much better LARGE

Lens is Tamron SP 70-300mm VC

A day now of editing St George's Day images and waiting in for a delivery.

A seriously good chance that I'll be able to catch up with quite a few of you as well! How about that?!

Thanks, as always for comments and all that lovely stuff on yesterday's starry churchyard moon Blip.
