Cafe with a 'tea view'

Please pardon the pun today! I'm in one of those silly moods!! Had a trip to Southend today with my parents and it has become the norm now to stop at Debenhams for a cuppa before we hit the shops! Not a bad view of Southend Pier through the window where we sat! Did very well round the shops too and may have spent a little too long in Waterstones spending birthday vouchers!
