Tulip

Apologies for the unoriginal blip; another spring flower. The thing is I'm having to work quite hard to convince myself that it is spring today. There was actual snow on the hills this morning.

A friend gave me these tulip bulbs about 18 months ago when I had a significant birthday. Last year they flowered magnificently, but this year they seem to have lost vigour. I'll need to dig them up after they've flowered this year. I never usually bother, though I know I should. These ones are a bit fancy so maybe they need better care.

Spent quite a long time and a considerable sum of money at the dentist today ...
