Butter chicken

It's an elusive dish to master if you are trying to make the restaurant version. It never has that same sweet taste & velvety texture. But alas, if you keep trying you will eventually start to find some that get closer to the mark.
SkinnyMixer has such a reputation for her BC that I thought best to try it next.
And yes, it's good. But I think I still need to get Jaymie to show me what it is she does to get it even better.

Wine helps. But the sleep deprived delirium made all the steps a little more complicated than it possibly was. She also uses alot more implements than usual. But sometimes that's what makes it better.
