Ho hum

I thought about playing the colours up here, but then decided you could have it au naturale.  

I had ideas in my head of places I would stop for photos on the drive home today - but I was clearly not thinking straight.  By the time I hit Hurunui this was the sky - 5 minutes later in Culverden it was dark.  And at that point I still had two thirds of the trip ahead of me. I keep forgetting that the ending of daylight saving has made night come a lot faster.

Horrid trip home.  Strong winds and lots of rain. Ugh.
