2nd day of winter

Winter started yesterday, but it wasn't as important as Child's Day. So we celebrated this new beginning tonight with a proper winter dish - Polish bigos, aka hunter's stew. It was followed by a delicious apple crumble made by our English guest. To complete this multicultural culinary experience, we had some local Australian red wine. Fusion or what.
