Sea pink

Today I walked at Evie beach. I have been looking forward to the arrival of the sea pinks on the rocks and today I noticed them for the first time this year.  

When I got home, there was a mystery package in the porch...A really lovely gift and kind thoughts from an old friend. A really lovely surprise.

Almost Husband spent the whole day in the boiler room. When I got home it was clear he had spent far too much time in his own company. I called a halt to work and we got a couple of things done, going via Ma & Pa PW's.
